The simple percentages and frequency were employed for the presentation of demographic variables. Satorra-Bentler Test and Regression Analysis were used for test of hypotheses. Finding revealed that the presence of shared values among partners has a significant positive effect on project activity performance in Health Institutions in the South-East.
